Hailee Steinfield oscars

Hailee Steinfield looked absolutely princess like and cute in a faint pink embroidered dress by Marchesa. I loved how she kept everything very simple with her make up, no jewelery to make the dress the center of attention and her hair at just the right height to highlight her lovely posture and natural elegance. Also, it's really great how the dress is tea length because it makes Hailee look taller!

Her dress reminded me of the wedding gown from Audrey Hepburn's funny face movie.

{Nice job overall, well done to the stylist!}

Oh, and if you want to see more of the hair [which I totaly love!] click here and you'll see how amazing hair stylist Jenny Cho does it.

You can't shoe away my disclosed desires...

Shoe haven! These were the main shoes that I have been eye-ing for the last month! I've seen fashion bloggers, models, and designers debuting their coolest shoes on the market and these happen to be my top 10 favourite designs of all. Obviously there would be more that I could fit on the list but...it probably would be too much intake for you fellow readers out there. The shoes that I've been checking out for the longest period of time [possibly drooling too much when staring at them on my screen] are definitely the acne hybria leather wedge, burberry shearling boots, and the ashish for topshop boots which I probably may never ever get in my life...BOO HOO! [Sea of tears fall out]

Isn't this cool you guys?

Isn't this cool? Does anyone know how to do this?

Alexandre Herchcovitch show 2011

Peter Som 2011 RTW

A lot of fur, knits, bold patterns and other textures seen on Peter Som's 2011. I have to say though, some of his colour palette choices and patterns were a bit iffy this season. Wasn't as pleased as I was from his last collection. What do you readers think?

Vintage accessories are so beautiful to me. I love going on hunts in local fairs to find some worthwhile vintage pieces such as bags or broaches. However, if that fails, I love going online to www.etsy.com so search for various vintage and even handmade pieces. I definitely recommend getting the vintage bags and handmade coats up for sale on that site. All of the images above are of my mum, she was wearing head to toe vintage that night, including the earrings she's kept for years. Mothers love vintage. (Hint hint..mother's day gift!)
